Three Bean Salad Recipe

Enjoy our delicious, filling and nutritious three bean salad recipe!


  • 2 Cans of 3 (or 4) bean mix
  • Half a red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 3T capers, drained
  • Half cup chopped herbs (we like parsley and dill)



  • 1/4C red wine vinegar
  • 1/4C extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste



Drain and rinse beans, combine with other ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together dressing and pour over salad. Keep in fridge for at least an hour prior to serving.

Optional: You can try adding feta cheese, or substituting the cucumber for capsicum or celery to mix things up a little bit!
